Located in the Marina District in Dubai, the Elite Residence is known to be one of the beautiful structures overlooking the Pam Islands. With a height of 380.5 meters, the Elite Residence features 91 floors that house 695 apartments in total across 76 floors while some amazing leisure amenities are on offer across the remaining 15. Some of these amenities include swimming pools, health clubs, spas, a gym and a state-of-the-art business centre.

5. Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid – Abu Dhabi
Situated in a central location in Abu Dhabi, it is part of the Central Market Project and is tallest among the three skyscrapers in the complex. Completed back in 2014, Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid is tallest among all the buildings in Abu Dhabi as it stands high at 381 meters. The tower boasts o 92 floors and is home to a traditional souk along with up to 7 retail levels in the podium, a beautiful green roof right above the marketplace and a cool bridge to link all the areas together.
6. Almas Tower – Dubai
Situated on an artificial island amidst the JLT, the Almas Tower comprises of 68 storeys that stand high at 360 meters. The tower houses commercial offices and also offers a variety of services catering for the diamond, pearls and coloured gemstones industry in the region.
7. JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower 1 And 2 – Dubai
Known as one of the tallest hotels in the world having 76 floors and going as high up as 355 meters, the JW Marriott Marquis includes 14 different food outlets, a business center, rooftop bars, meeting rooms and conference halls, a spa & health club, banquet hall, gym, swimming pools, and different retail outlets.
8. Emirates Towers – Dubai
Located in Dubai’s financial centre, Emirates Towers is a building that comprises of a couple of individual towers. The Tower 1 is home to Emirates Office Tower that offers big meeting areas and conference centre along with top-notch restaurants right underneath the sloping roof. Tower 2, on the other hand, boasts of a luxury 5-star Hotel Tower Jumeirah Emirate that houses 400 rooms. There’s a 3-storey shopping centre at the bottom of these two towers and it also connects the two individual towers. The Boulevard shopping centre is also home to shops, cafes and restaurants.
9. The Marina Torch – Dubai
It’s another residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina that hosts 676 apartments along with 6 retail units. The building spans over 79 floors and a basement with 3 levels as well as a 4-storey podium. Its total height is 336.8 meters.
10. Rose Tower – Dubai
Last on the list is the Rose Tower. It’s a 72-storey hotel that is 333 meters high and it’s located on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel secured the title of the tallest hotel of the world from 2009 through 2012 but now it’s the second tallest after JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower 1. The alcohol-free hotel includes a couple of restaurants as well as some 24-hour coffee shops. It houses 482 rooms, penthouses and suites.
